Map My Mole is a professional mole and skin lesion screening service designed to provide fast, expert assessment of areas of concern. Using specialised dermoscopic imaging, high-quality images are captured of your mole or skin lesion and securely reviewed by a Consultant Dermatologist.
Your dermatologist’s report is typically returned within 48 hours, providing expert guidance on whether the lesion appears reassuring or whether further medical assessment may be recommended.
The service is ideal if you have noticed a change in a mole, a new or unusual skin lesion, or simply want reassurance about an area of concern. The screening is quick, non-invasive and designed to give you clear information without unnecessary delay.
What happens during your appointment?
I will carefully examine the areas you are concerned about and take detailed dermoscopic images where appropriate. Your images are then submitted for review by a Consultant Dermatologist.
Your booking fee includes:
- Professional assessment of your area of concern
- Dermoscopic imaging of one lesion
- Review by a Consultant Dermatologist
- A written dermatology report, typically within 48 hours
If you would like additional lesions assessed during the same appointment, an additional fee will apply per lesion.
This allows each lesion to be individually assessed and ensures you receive a thorough, professional service tailored to your concerns.
